Payments
We accept your credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
When you place an order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using encryption by PayPal.
Your credit card details are only decrypted after they reach PayPal’s systems, where they are then automatically processed, and your card charged. They are not held in clear text on any website, so it is not possible for your details to be stolen during a transaction.
We at Nala Wills never receive your complete credit card details or keep such information anywhere in our systems.
Shipping
We sell and ship to customers in the UK. We accept orders from and deliver to customers outside of the UK and Europe on request only, subject to specific agreement and acceptance of our quotation for postage and packaging.

We create many of our products to order and aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days (if not sooner but this may increase in peak periods!). Where there is a delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped. Keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nala Wills Ltd, 194 Rainbow Road, Sladegreen, London.DA8 2EQ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
